On behalf of the Central Connecticut State University Athletic Training Staff, welcome to our campus for your team’s upcoming athletic event. We look forward to assisting you with your needs during your visit. A certified athletic trainer is available for all in-season home contests hosted at CCSU. During your visit, teams traveling with an athletic trainer are welcomed to use our athletic training facility and modalities, which include: cryotherapy, heat therapy, hydrotherapy, ultrasound and electric muscle stimulation.

For those teams traveling without an athletic trainer, we will be glad to assist your players in obtaining pre-game treatments, taping, and injury care provided prior notification and arrangements are made with a member of our athletic training staff. Teams must provide their own tape and supplies when traveling without an athletic trainer. As well, modality usage will be limited based on written requests from the visiting team’s certified athletic trainer.
