Dear CCSU Student-Athlete,

This letter serves as a reminder of the importance of summer conditioning workouts for athletes who will be reporting for preseason camp in August and for those reporting for traditional training with your sport in September. Whether you report in August or September, your coaches are expecting you to be in peak physical condition and adjusted to practicing in the heat. With preseason about a month away it is very important that you begin to condition in order to be prepared for the intensity of the official preseason practices. For those reporting in September, we strongly recommend that you begin summer training as well.

Student-athletes can access their summer conditioning manuals by clicking on the Strength and Conditioning website on the Athletics homepage.
