The Management and Organization Department prepares students for the managerial dimensions of roles they will play in their careers in business, government and non-profit organizations, as well as students as students for graduate study. The program provides a basic foundation in management theory and practices. Graduates can expect to pursue careers in such diverse areas as human resources and personnel management, small business management, international management, not-for-profit management or other management-oriented program interests that are designed by student and faculty adviser consultation.
