Advantages and Risks of Outsourcing

1. Split in groups of four.

2. Research on the Internet the topics of risks and benefits of outsourcing (Don’t include the topic of offshore outsourcing)

3. Prepare a brief presentation on the risks and advantages of outsourcing.

4. Some groups will be asked to present their findings today.

5. Read the Case Study.

6. Prepare a report on the Case Study. What are the problems of the described company? What are the advantages for the company in using outsourcing? What are the potential risks? (Due date: Tuesday, February 17)
