1. Marketing Coordinator

Summary of Position

As Marketing Coordinator, you will execute ADNET’s strategic marketing plan by managing and measuring marketing initiatives focused on lead generation, client education, and market development. Your focus will be driving awareness of the ADNET brand both externally and internally through a variety of communications including but not limited to PR (media), online campaigns, events (both live and virtual), email marketing, mail campaigns, and social marketing (blogging, Facebook, Twitter, etc).

A primary responsibility of this job is sales support. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will work closely with the sales team and the Vice President of Sales to support them with lead generation tools, competitive information, market analysis, and sales collateral.

As you will be responsible for the creation of professional communications materials, a strong sense of design and an understanding of brand is a must.

This position has a strong concentration in marketing for our Learning Services division. While many of your day-to-day responsibilities related to this concentration will be tactical, you will always be contributing to the strategic development of ADNET’s marketing plan.

2. Inside Sales Associate

Summary of Position

ADNET Technologies, Inc. is seeking an Inside Sales Associate to provide critical support to the sales team and be a key part of a dynamic sales process. You will be responsible for supporting the sales and marketing teams to help identify and qualify new opportunities, provide service to existing ADNET clients, and contribute to the team meeting its monthly sales goals. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional communication and interpersonal skills, be highly organized and motivated, and able to thrive in a team environment.

Responsibilities

  • Be a key member of a fast-paced, dynamic sales environment, providing critical support to the sales and marketing teams
  • Provide exceptional sales support to ADNET clients by coordinating with the sales team to provide timely quotes, product information, and resolution of sales issues
  • Daily prospecting to identify and qualify new prospects to ensure continuous revenue and a solid pipeline
  • Scheduling of in-person discovery and demonstration appointments with senior account managers

1. Internship - Data Mapping

Business intelligence opportunities are focused on utilizing internal and external information to make fact- based decisions that drive meaningful business results. Interns will work on business intelligence assignments which will require both business and technical skills.

DESCRIPTION:
There is one position in Hartford, CT in the Personal Insurance Business Unit. The successful candidate will contribute to the overall Data Management program by developing a document mapping data from data sources in several applications to other applications for presentation and viewing. These mapping rules would be used for on-going maintenance and can be used as a training tool on our existing applications.

EDUCATION/COURSE OF STUDY:
You should have a passion for both technology and business and be working towards an IT-related undergraduate or graduate degree with a preferred GPA of 3.2 or higher. Suggested majors are: § Business, Human Resource Management, Economics, Information Technology or Finance majors § Working knowledge of Microsoft Office 2003 products, especially Microsoft Excel 2003 § Data Warehouse or Business Intelligence familiarity or exposure is useful, but not required § Extra-curricular involvement in campus or community activities § Self-motivated and demonstrated leadership experience/skill § Strong written and oral communication skills § Related internship/work experience helpful

QUALIFICATIONS
Qualifications desired are as follows: demonstrated leadership experience, extracurricular involvement, some prior work experience, passion for business and technology, motivation to succeed, strong communication skills (both verbal and written) and good analytical and reasoning skills.

You must be able to show eligibility to work for Travelers, in the U.S., on a full time basis, within 3 days of employment.

2. Internship - Personal Insurance Management Information (PIMI)

The user communities which will be serviced by this function include all PIMI enterprise users (Actuarial, Product, Operations and Finance).

EDUCATION/COURSE OF STUDY:
