Patricia Root is a tenured associate professor and
an attorney. She has taught in areas including a variety
of business law topics, including commercial law,
employment law, environmental law, and health law;
business ethics; and public policy analysis in both
graduate and undergraduate programs.
In
1998, Professor Root was placed on the C.C.S.U.
Excellence in Teaching Honor Roll. She has a
comprehensive research record that supports her teaching
interest and is an active participant in the Academy of
Legal Studies in Business, the national professional
organization for business law professors.
