Donna
Sims has a B.A. in English from the University of
Massachusetts, an MBA from the University of Saint
Thomas in Houston and a J.D. from South Texas College of
Law.
Prior
to joining CCSU, Donna was a finance and regulatory
executive in the government sector for a number of
years. She became a member of the Connecticut Bar in
1994 and has actively engaged in a general law practice.
