Shandong Program (2008)- Twenty-four Scholars of various backgrounds from Shandong Province studied  Public Management over a six month period. The capstone of this program is an internship in various state and municipal agencies. The participants were also given honorary citizenship by the Mayor of New Britain, Timothy T. Stewart.

Weifang Program – Eighteen business people from Weifang city studied Business Administration over a three month period. The capstone to this program was an internship in Connecticut businesses and industries.

Shandong Program – Thirty scholars of various backgrounds from Shandong province studied Public Management over six month period. The capstone to this program was an internship in various state and municipal agencies.

Weihai Program – Thirty interpreters from governmental and non-governmental offices of the City of Weihai, Shandong Province, spent a period of three months at CCSU studying Business English. Upon completion of the program and return to China, they have reported great success in implementing their studies to bring the US and China together on issues involving business and politics.
