*Before going to the Embassy you must pay the
$200 SEVIS Fee at least three days before your appointment.
*If you are living on-campus, housing is available
during spring and winter breaks for $104 per week.
*Health insurance coverage does not begin
until the first day of class and continues until the end of the session.
Students can also purchase insurance during the summer and winter break;
however, you must be enrolled for the Fall or Spring session.
**Please remember also that prices are
subject to change.
Personal Expenses
Obviously, personal expenses can vary considerably. You should allow for
such expenses as extra meals, shopping trips and entertainment.
Refund Policies
Tuition: The
$100 application fee is non-refundable. If you withdraw before the
first day of classes, 100% of tuition is refunded. If you withdraw
in the first or second week of classes, 60% of the tuition is refunded.
if you withdraw in the third or fourth week of classes, 40% of the
tuition is refunded. If you withdraw after the fourth week of
classes, there is no refund.
Campus Housing:
Refunds for on-campus housing may be possible depending upon when you
withdraw. When you withdraw from the resident hall but remain in
school, a room refund is not guaranteed unless occupancy of all
residence halls remains at 100%.
Campus Meal Plans: Meal
plans are refundable on a pro-rated basis.
