It’s not unusual for students to experience emotional, interpersonal or other mental health challenges while balancing academic, employment, familial, and other expectations.¬† To your left, you will find some ¬†information, resources, and self-assessments that address mental health challenges typically experienced by college students.

Resources included in this section are not to be considered diagnostic tools; rather, they provide some educational information for you to consider. These resources are offered to educate you, reduce stigma, and debunk common myths about mental illness.
