The links to the left are self-assessment resources that may answer some questions you have about your mental or your physical health, or reveal things about your social habits that may have a harmful effect on your well-being.

If you have any questions or concerns about the results of the self-assessments and would like to speak with one of our counselors, please setup an appointment and bring the printed results with you. We can be reached at (860) 832-1926, or in person at Willard-DiLoreto Complex, 1st Floor.

Screening for Mental Health Self-Assessment Program

The Screening for Mental Health: Self-Assessment Program contains six modules that are equally as valuable:

  • Depression
  • Bipolar Disorder
  • Alcohol
  • Eating Disorders
  • Generalized Anxiety
  • Post-Traumatic Stress Disorder (PTSD)

At the end of each anonymous screening you will receive an immediate result that can be printed and taken to a clinician for further evaluation. As noted above, please give us a call at (860) 832-1926 if you're concerned with these results and would like to speak with a counselor.
