Student Affairs is committed to providing a safe and healthy campus environment for students so that they can fully engage in the total educational experience at CCSU. There are many co-curricular learning opportunities, programs, services, and activities that are available to students. These activities are coordinated by departments within Student Affairs, many in collaboration with Academic Affairs.

Student Affairs also provides health, wellness, and counseling appointments through the Student Wellness Center. Assisting students with their physical and emotional wellbeing promotes the ability to do well in academics. Student health and wellbeing is supported by CCSU staff and faculty, and there are many resources at CCSU available to students.

We also support students through Student Disability Services (SDS) by providing accommodations. Please connect with SDS prior to the semester with your documentation so that you will have the necessary accommodations prior to the start of classes.

Veterans, service members, and dependents who are eligible for VA Educational Benefits should contact the Office of Veterans Affairs for more information.

The Office of Student Rights & Responsibilities reinforces our commitment to students and the campus community of their individual rights and civic responsibility.

The Student Center is the ‘hub’ of campus, with plenty of space to study and relax. The Devil’s Den Food Court, Breakers Gameroom, the LGBT Center, the Women’s Center, the Bookstore and CENtix Box Office are some of the services and resources available to students.
