E-CHUG Alcohol Awareness and Not Anymore are online programs which engage students and challenge them in their decision-making, while educating students to make healthy and safe decisions.
E-CHUG Alcohol Awareness IS REQUIRED of all new first year, transfer and international students.
The E-CHUG (Electronic Check-Up to Go) is an interactive web survey that allows college and university students to enter information about their drinking patterns and receive feedback about their use of alcohol. The assessment is self-guided, and requires no face-to-face contact time with a counselor or administrator. This is your opportunity to remain honest with yourself about your habits. If you are concerned with the results of E-CHUG, please print out your results and set up an appointment with one of our counselors to discuss them.
Not Anymore, the sexual violence prevention program is a required on-line program for all continuing CCSU students to complete. The interactive program provides information on healthy versus unhealthy relationships, consent, different forms of sexual violence, strategies for identifying and interrupting sexual violence, and how to help victims/survivors. New first year, transfer and international students are required to take in-person Bystander Training during Orientation. If an incoming student does not complete this requirement, he/she will need to complete Not Anymore, the on-line program.
