Confidentiality is primary in a patient-health care provider relationship. In this health center, medical records are kept on all visits and this information is used solely for the purpose of caring for you. Information regarding your visits here may NOT be released nor discussed with anyone NOR have information requested from your record without your written consent or verbal consent during your appointment. This means that any information learned during your visit is never released to faculty, staff, friends or family members unless you authorize consent. Similarly, any medical information to be forwarded to another medical facility or university requires your written request. Our health care providers may communicate with a consulting medical provider or emergency personnel if it involves an urgent medical issue.
